All applications must be:
1. read thoroughly
2. filled out completely
3. have a teacher's and principal's signature and a current (within last 12 months) TB test result before being brought to Safety & Risk Services for processing.
Volunteer applications will be processed at the following location: 545 Chaney Street, Building B, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530
Hours for processing are Monday through Thursday; 8:00-11:00 am and 2:00-4:00 pm.
