Announcing high school pre-participation physical exams on Saturday May 12th for Athletics, Band, Cheer, Dance, and Color Guard.

On Saturday, May 12, pre-participation physical exams for all high schools will be offered in one convenient location: Temescal Canyon High School, in the Big Gym. The school address is 28755 El Toro Rd., Lake Elsinore, CA 92530.

Physical exam times are staggered by school, so students should arrive within their scheduled times, as follows:

• Temescal Cyn. High School students—arrive between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
• Lakeside High School students—arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
• Elsinore High School students—arrive between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

All physicals cost $30—cash only—and all funds raised go directly back to each school.  Sorry, no personal checks accepted.

Parents must accompany their students to ensure clearance forms are signed and returned, before a student physical can be authorized.
