✅ Ways to Report an Absence

  1. Call the School Attendance Office or e-mail the attendance office.

    • Call the attendance office at 951-253-7250 ext. 3 or send an email to tch-attendance@leusd.k12.ca.us.
    • Leave a message with this information:
      • Student name
      • ID number (if known)
      • Date(s) of absence
      • Reason for absence
  2. Written Note (when student returns)
    • Have the student bring in a written note from a parent/guardian when the student comes back to clear the absence. The note needs to give the dates and reason for absence.
